- All new industrial units and expanding units are eligible to benefit from the scheme, encouraging both the establishment of new ventures and the expansion of existing ones.
- Each unit can receive a maximum benefit of up to Rs. 250 Crore from all components of the scheme, providing substantial support for industrial development.
- Green industries such as EV charging stations are included in the positive list, while industries with potential environmental impacts like cement and plastic are placed in the negative list.
- Districts are categorized into two zones: Zone A comprises industrially advanced districts, while Zone B consists of industrially backward districts, ensuring tailored support for different regions.
