Amigos IAS employs strict refund policies for its programmes. It advices students to make a judicious decision before joining course(s).
Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled for any Digital or offline course with us, Amigos IAS shall not refund the money or will not entertain any transfers to other students. However, student joining online programmes, Test Series programmes can claim for refund if you are unable to attempt the tests or if you have any technical issue with the portal.
Technical issues at time of payment side are to taken up with the Gateway provider
Amigos IAS will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
Refunds
If the Products are Digital Downloads, they can’t be refunded. If the courses are offline or any other than digital downloads then we can’t refund them once enrolled.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and gifted directly to you, its completely free and we don’t charge any amount for that.
